Today Mr. Stephen Wangai start by introducing to me the company appraisal databases-he showed me how they collect data and analysis from recruitment, appraisals, department meetings and customer feedback-he told me about they process of collecting the data and enter these data in the company program appraisal system-also he go back to the company budget to explained to me -he showed me example of this year budget and how do they decide the budget and divided which was very and easy for me understand.
