Today I started my day doing my assignment that Ms. Ramani gave me last Thursday-She discussed with me the assignment to make sure that I understand what to do-simply the assignment was to write ten ways to know the training needs-after I wrote the ways she sit with me and discussed each point with me-finally I have to write and designed training needs survey for her and that what I am doing today-after that I helped Ms. Shamma translate a letter.
